Itinerary
Day: 1
Dar es salaam to ruaha
Morning after breakfast at the hotel you will be transferred to the airport to connect a flight to iringa which will take an hour. On your arrival you will meet our driver guide who will give you a quick breef of the trip the drive you to the restaurant for an early lunch be the trip to park. After lunch you will start your safari to ruaha national park, the safari is 2 hour drive but can be more depending on things that can be found on the way before the arrival. After check in at the gate you will start your game drive as heading to the hotel.
Day: 2
Ruaha national park
Morning after breakfast at the lodge collect lunch boxes and ready for the full day game drive in the magnificent ruaha national park. Ruaha is the tanzanian largest national park covering an area of 20,226kms and is a home to so many different kinds of animals that makes the park unique. This national park is untouched with beautiful scenery that is changing from time to time during your safari in the park. Though this national park has big groups of elephants, buffalos as well as big prides of lions and other animals but its also a home to more than 500 different spp of birds. Lunch boxes will be served in the specified picnic site in the park. After lunch you will proceed with game drive until evening time where you will drive back to the lodge for meals and overnight.
Day: 3
Ruaha national park
Early morning game drive which will start around 6 to 6:30 a good time to catch some animals that are more active in the morning and also its a good time for bird watching. The drive will take three hours thereafter you will drive back for the late breakfast/brunch. After breakfast enjoy an afternoon leisure with a light lunch that will be served at the lodge. Evening game drive will start at 3 until six thirty with a combination of bird watching, a delicious sundown to be provided in the park then drive back to the lodge for meals and overnight.
Day: 4
Ruaha national park.
Early departure for the walking safari in the park. Today is the day of adventure, walking in the park with 2 armed ranger guides for your security and experience the feeling of being in the bush. Walking safari provides close experience with nature also learning a lot from what you will be not able to see during game drive times. The walk is of 3 hours and hot breakfast will be served in the bush. After breakfast proceed with an enroute game drive while driving to the lodge for the afternoon leisure. Evening leisure at the lodge with a sundown served at the lounge.
Day: 5
Ruaha to dar es salaam
Morning after breakfast collect all your belongings and depart to iringa with an enroute game drive while heading of to iringa to connect the flight to dar es salaam. On arrival in iringa you will have a little tour then drive to the airport for the flight o dar es salaam to connect the international flight back home. End of service
